American Health Partners, headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, has announced three key leadership changes at its Tennessee Quality Care division which provides home health, hospice and private duty nursing care across 35 Tennessee counties. As part of the realignment, Nichole McClain is being promoted to senior director of home health for Tennessee Quality Care. The company also announced Kelly Nichols is transitioning to vice president of national hospice operations and Lynn Gottke is being promoted to vice president of finance and shared services.

Nichols is a registered nurse (RN) with more than 30 years of health care experience with her primary focus in post-acute care. She has held leadership positions in long term care, home health and hospice and has served as a director of nursing, administrator, and clinical manager before joining Tennessee Quality Care. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee, Martin.
McClain is also a registered nurse (RN) who has served in various leadership roles within Tennessee Quality Care over the last five years. She began her nursing career in orthopedics before transitioning to home health in 2009 as the director of nursing at a home health company. She joined Tennessee Quality Care in 2017 as a branch manager, then advanced to director of clinical services for home health and hospice. She has also served as the administrator for the home health unit. McClain earned her associate degree in nursing from Columbia State Community College and is pursuing a master’s degree in nursing administration.
Gottke has spent the past three years as the divisional controller for Tennessee Quality Care and Unity Psychiatric Care. In her new role, she will focus on mergers and acquisitions due diligence and providing strategic financial leadership for the business. Gottke’s accomplishments include leading the implementation of the company’s electronic medical records system. She also helped lead significant growth and increased revenue in the private duty nursing line of business. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has over 20 years financial operations experience.
