Tennessee Quality Care Promotes Nichole McClain to Vice President of Home Health

News Release:   January 17, 2023

Experienced leader will continue to focus on growth and clinical excellence

American Health Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Nichole McClain into the role of Vice President of Home Health for its Tennessee Quality Care division, which provides home health, hospice and private duty nursing care across 37 Tennessee counties and 10 counties in southeast Michigan.

Serving as the Senior Director of Home Health, McClain’s leadership has been instrumental in the development of the division’s successful private duty nursing program as well as its rapid expansion into new counties. In the past year, Tennessee Quality Care began offering home health services in eight new counties in Tennessee including Nashville/Davidson County and Williamson County. She’s also led the expansion into the Metro Detroit market with the purchase of a home health agency in Michigan now re-branded as American Quality Care.

“Nichole brings both clinical expertise and business acumen to this leadership role,” said Robin Bradley, chief operating officer, American Health Partners. “I’m confident Nichole will continue to expand our home health division while keeping the focus on providing exceptional service and quality care for the patients and families we serve.”

McClain began her nursing career in orthopedics before transitioning to home health in 2009 as the director of nursing at NHC Home Care. She joined Tennessee Quality Care in 2017 as a branch manager, then advanced to director of clinical services before being promoted to senior director of Home Health in 2021. McClain earned her associate degree in Nursing from Columbia State Community College and Master of Science in Nursing Administration (MSN) from Aspen University. McClain and her husband have five children (twins and triplets) and live in Parsons, TN.

“I am honored to receive this promotion to Vice President of Home Health and to lead our team of caring healthcare professionals,” McClain said. “We’re excited about the opportunities we have to grow our business and we take pride in the quality of service and care we provide our patients in the comfort of home. Providing the highest quality care is that heart of what we do.”
