Michael Bailey
Chief Executive Officer Michael Bailey has been a healthcare executive for more than 30 years. He was a founder of Windsor Health Group, an early innovator of Medicare Advantage plans that grew to be a national leader in the industry. He was also co-founder of MedSolutions, Inc. (now Evicore) and National Imaging Affiliates and president of VHP Community Care for Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Robin Bradley
Chief Operating Officer Robin Bradley has 20 years’ experience managing health plans. She was VP of administration for Unity Physician Partners, as well as a VP of Windsor Health Group and Vanderbilt Health Plans. She also has held consultant, management and operational roles in healthcare organizations, including MedPartners, Inc. and Theraphysics, Inc.
Jeff Bogle
Chief Financial Officer Jeff Bogle has nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare start-ups and financial management. He was founder and CEO of Ascira Partners and a founder and executive vice president of Surgis. Both companies operated ambulatory surgery centers. He also served as CFO of the Ambulatory Surgical Center Division of Symbion.
Dr. Ralf C. Habermann, MD
Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ralf Habermann has more than 20 years’ experience in hospitals, nursing homes, hospice and managed care. He was the chief medical officer for Windsor Medicare Advantage and has been a medical director for nursing homes and a Vanderbilt clinician. He is a past president of the Tennessee Association of Long Term Care Physicians.
Philip Clark
General Counsel Philip Clark has over 30 years of experience as a corporate and healthcare lawyer. He has previously served as General Counsel of eviCore Healthcare and MedSolutions. He has focused on M&A and financing transactions, healthcare operations and corporate governance.
Barry Shermer
Chief Information Officer Barry Shermer has more than 20 years’ experience developing and managing information technology in healthcare. He has served as CIO of Unity Physician Partners and was the IT director for Windsor Health Plan, where he oversaw growth of the information infrastructure from start-up to maturity.
Jonathan Cooper
Senior Vice President of Human Resources Jonathan Cooper has been an HR executive for more than 25 years. He was formerly the VP of HR for Loretto, a nonprofit post-acute healthcare system and has held leadership roles Medical Edge Healthcare Group/PhyServe Physician Services, Shriners Hospitals for Children and the Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD in Houston.
Hank Watson
Chief Development Officer Hank Watson has been a healthcare executive for more than 10 years. He has served as vice president at EDG Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, worked in healthcare policy with The Lewin Group, and was chief operating officer for a risk adjustment vendor for Medicare Advantage plans.
