American Health Communities (AHC) operates 29 skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the southeastern U.S. We offer a full range of treatments for short-term patients recovering from health events, as well as daily care for long-term residents.
American Health Plans owns and manages institutional special needs plans (I-SNPs) for seniors who reside in long-term care facilities. Our plans are designed specifically to help nursing home operators enhance patient care and manage financial risk.
Unity Psychiatric Care operates five acute-care psychiatric hospitals for seniors who are experiencing a mental health crisis or behavioral disturbances caused by dementia.
TruHealth’s nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide medical treatment and care coordination in nursing homes with specialized Medicare plans. Our providers work closely with each patient’s caregivers to deliver integrated, holistic and transitional care.
AmPharm is a long-term-care pharmacy serving senior care and rehabilitation facilities. We offer customized packaging, cost management, IV services and more. Our pharmacists carefully monitor medication orders to ensure patient safety and contain costs.
Rehab America provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy in skilled nursing facilities. Our therapists focus on restoring a patients' capabilities or improving function so they can enjoy the highest quality of life possible.
