Tennessee Quality Care provides home health and hospice services in more than 50 counties in Tennessee
American Health Partners, a trusted provider of post-acute health care services for seniors, today announced the successful completion of the transaction to sell its Tennessee Quality Care home health, hospice, and private duty nursing division to Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS), based in Frisco, Texas.
Tennessee Quality Care operates 17 locations serving an average of 1,800 patients daily throughout more than 50 counties in Tennessee. American Health Partners remains dedicated to fostering the continued success and well-being of Tennessee Quality Care's patients, employees, and partners during this transition.
