American Health Partners Celebrates 50 Years of Caring, Growth and Community

American Health Partners celebrated a milestone 50 years in the making on Wednesday as employees gathered at the company’s Franklin headquarters and at its Parsons Service Center for a patriotic anniversary celebration honoring five decades of caring for seniors and strengthening communities.

Founded in 1976 with a single skilled nursing facility in Parsons, Tennessee, the company has grown into a leading post-acute healthcare organization serving seniors across multiple states through its family of healthcare companies.

Addressing employees during the celebration, CEO Mike Bailey reflected on the company’s remarkable journey and the people who made it possible. “We’ve grown, we’ve evolved, we’ve faced challenges, and we’ve found new opportunities. But through all those changes, one thing has never changed: our commitment to serving seniors with compassion and excellence,” Bailey said. “The reason we’ve been able to do that for five decades isn’t because of buildings or business plans—it’s because of people. It’s because of all of you.”

As part of the celebration, American Health Partners presented a $4,000 donation to Franklin Cares Outreach Ministry, the charitable arm of First Franklin United Methodist Church. Franklin Cares supports efforts to provide food, housing assistance, emergency support and other essential services to families throughout the Franklin community.

Bailey noted that giving back has always been part of the company’s culture and said the anniversary was a fitting opportunity to invest in an organization making a meaningful difference in the lives of neighbors in need.

The celebration also recognized the company’s employees whose dedication and compassion have helped American Health Partners fulfill its mission of improving healthcare and enhancing the quality of life for seniors for the past 50 years.

As the company looks toward the future, American Health Partners remains focused on expanding its impact while continuing to put patients, residents, partners and employees at the center of everything it does.
